Refund policy
Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging. There is no monetary refund only exchange Incase of any in transit damage
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Sale items or discounted products
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns video opening the package is mandatory
Refund Process
Contact our customer care team at mahuabose2701@yahoo.in with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable service.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the replacement of the damaged in 10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us within [3 days] of receiving the item.
Shipping Costs
